While we no longer offer a prime rib carving station on the Friday and Saturday night buffets, prime rib is available on Thursday nights as one of the entree options on the served menu

Teriyaki Glazed Arctic Char Fillet (GF)
A cross between trout and salmon with a very light mild taste served with basmati rice and buttered pacific vegetables.

Ricotta Lasagna Roll-ups (V)
Rolled lasagna noodles filled with ricotta served on a bed of basil tomato sauce and a side of garlic bread.

Baked Chicken Fingers
Breaded chicken with honey mustard dipping sauce served with rosemary roasted potatoes and buttered pacific vegetables.

cream and topped with a layer of sponge cake lavishly garnished with an assortment of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, red currants and strawberries. Served with whipped cream and fresh mint.
