Can I purchase group tickets online?

We like to speak to our group leaders and tour operators to reserve group seats to make sure that we get your group the best seating possible on the day that you request. At this time, booking online for groups is not available.

Can I change my reservation after I pay the deposit?

You can change the date of your reservation at any time prior to the final payment date.

How can I pay for my group reservation?

Dutch Apple accepts checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. We prefer that payment not be made individually for your group. Please make checks payable to Dutch Apple.

Do each of the group members receive individual tickets?

Your group will be greeted by a Dutch Apple step on guide who will seat your groups if you are arriving by motor coach. If you are arriving individually, the host will seat the people in your party. If you would like individual tickets for people arriving by car, these will be printed upon request.

Will my group be seated together?

Your seats are reserved at the time you make the reservation. All effort is made to reserve your group together. If seating is not available for the entire group to sit together, larger groups will be reserved and as we get closer to the performance date, all efforts will be made to move your seats together, but can not be guaranteed.

When will I know where my seats are reserved?

We will tell you where you are booked at the time you make the reservation. A seating chart will be sent to you once the final count and payment are made. You are welcome to pre-assign the seating for your group if you wish. Please bring a master list with you the day you arrive or give the group members their seating before they arrive.

Where can our bus park after we arrive?

All parking is FREE at the Dutch Apple. Motorcoach drivers and escorts each receive complimentary dinner and show tickets to attend with your group. They should be included in your final count. Motorcoach drop facilities are also available nearby the theatre.

Are there ways to make this trip to the Dutch Apple more eventful?

You can plan a pre or post show reception in the Encore Room at the theatre for speakers, awards or any special function. Visit the catering page for more details. Post show discussions with cast members and Broadway Bound! workshops can also be scheduled through the Group Sales Department by calling 800-933-3759.
