You can almost hear the splashing of the rain as Don Lockwood dances down the street in this classic MGM musical. It will star John Ramsey, who was seen in Cabaret (Emcee) and White Christmas (Phil Davis) as Cosmo Brown in the tap dancing, "Make 'Em Laugh" number.
